Sync Status Screen Reference
Understand network state, queue review, retry and conflict tools, and how to confirm whether local work has uploaded.
Before you start
- You need proof of sync state rather than an assumption that uploads already completed.
Expected outcome
You can use the sync screen as the source of truth for upload confidence and recovery.
Main behaviors
- Shows network state, pending/failed/blocked counts, recent saved changes, photo-upload state, conflicts, and an all-synced state.
- Sync Now processes eligible work when online. Retry Failed resets failed items for another attempt.
- Blocked work stays on the device when workspace/team access or Personal Pro write access is unavailable. Restore access before retrying; nothing is silently discarded.
- A conflict needs an explicit resolution choice, after which the app can retry online.
- Best used after weak signal, app restart, or evidence capture that still looks pending elsewhere.
Notes
- Treat
Pending,Failed,Blocked, andConflictas different recovery states. A locally completed inspection is not proof that every change or photo has reached the server.
