Before you start

The inspection is ready for sign-off and output review.

Expected outcome

You can complete the visit cleanly and understand how certificate review connects to later quote follow-up.

Signature screen

The current inspection-completion path defaults to an engineer signature. If any site-representative detail is entered, representative name and signature are required; role or company is optional.
Online completion replaces the screen with CertificateViewer. An offline completion is saved to the durable queue and returns without opening a certificate until sync succeeds.

Certificate Viewer

Loads online and shows a zoomable preview when available, plus result, site/system, completion date, certified-by details, notes, next due, and PDF download/share controls.
Can launch QuoteCreate when that capability is enabled.
Tests confirm both error-state handling and zoom behavior.

Handoffs

Certificates are consumed later by office reports and customer delivery.
Quote creation can start from certificate context when follow-up work is needed.
