Site Details and Briefing Screen Reference

Review site context, systems, inspection history, documents, and the pre-visit briefing.

Before you start

  • You need operational context for a site in the active workspace.

Expected outcome

You can use site detail for the full record and site briefing for pre-visit orientation.

Site Details

TabCurrent content and exits
OverviewSite identity, address and access context, plus the Site Briefing entry.
SystemsInstalled systems, asset counts, system details, Add System, and system-scoped Schedule Inspection.
HistorySite inspections; completed records open Certificate Viewer and active records open Inspection.
DocumentsAsset-register CSV, defect-list CSV, and certificate PDF downloads where records exist.

The primary Schedule Inspection action selects the site and, when available, its first system. You can still schedule from a site with no systems and bind the installed system during the visit.

Site Briefing

The briefing can show:

  • last-inspection date and result;
  • open defects and severity totals;
  • site notes;
  • the next scheduled inspection;
  • refresh or stale-data feedback.

Start Inspection opens Schedule Inspection. Inspection history opens the site-filtered history screen. Selecting an open defect opens Defect Resolution, the current registered defect route.

Boundaries

  • Site documents are workspace records and downloads; availability depends on the underlying inspections and your access.
  • A briefing is a preparation view, not a replacement for the live inspection record.
  • Office changes do not become mobile truth until the device loads current data; deployed-work restrictions still apply to field roles.

Troubleshooting

ProblemWhat to check
A certificate is missingConfirm the inspection is completed and a certificate is available.
Briefing details differ from the siteRefresh, then record the correction in the owning site, note, or defect workflow.
History opens a different surface than expectedActive records open the inspection; completed records can open their certificate.
