Inspections List and Calendar Screen Reference

Use scheduled and completed queues, search, filters, calendar view, certificates, and templates.

Before you start

  • You need the inspection queue rather than a site-first route.

Expected outcome

You can find and open the right deployed inspection without relying on an unsupported row action.

Queue controls

  • Scheduled contains dated, incomplete inspections.
  • Completed contains inspections with a completion time.
  • Search matches site, system, visit reference, certificate number, and assigned engineer.
  • Filters can override the tab with Pending or Completed status and can apply a scheduled-date range.
  • The view toggle switches between the list and calendar without changing the underlying inspection records.
  • Templates opens the separate reusable-template screen.

Field roles receive only inspections allowed by current workspace and deployment visibility. If an office assignment is absent, confirm it was deployed before diagnosing the device.

Opening and row actions

Selecting a row or calendar item opens Inspection. View Certificate opens Certificate Viewer for an inspection with certificate output. Delete is destructive and asks for confirmation.

The row currently displays a Clone Inspection action, but it does not create or open a new inspection. Do not rely on it. To carry forward the previous checklist and asset statuses, use Clone from Previous while creating a new visit in Schedule Inspection.
