Sites List Screen Reference
Search and filter sites, open site context, or use the available row actions.
Before you start
- You need a site-first route into briefing, equipment, or inspection planning.
Expected outcome
You can locate a site and choose an action without losing workspace context.
Find a site
- Search the current workspace’s sites by the text exposed in the list.
- Open the filter panel to narrow the register.
- Recent sites can provide a faster route back to active work.
- Pull to refresh when connected if office-side changes are not visible.
Selecting a row opens Site Details.
Row actions
| Action | Result |
|---|---|
| Quick Inspect | Opens Schedule Inspection with the site already selected. |
| Edit | Opens the site form with the current record. |
| Delete | Requests confirmation before deleting the site. |
| View details | Opens Site Details from the contextual menu. |
Swipe and long-press/context-menu actions expose the same operational choices. Screen-reader users can invoke the available row actions without relying on the gesture.
Site creation, editing, deletion, and scheduling require write access. A read-only plan shows the supported access notice instead of granting an operational mutation.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | What to check |
|---|---|
| A site is absent | Confirm the active workspace, clear filters, and refresh while connected. |
| Quick Inspect opens the wrong context | Return and select the correct site before creating an inspection. |
| Edit or delete is unavailable | Confirm write access and workspace permissions. |
