Workforce Productivity Route Reference

Understand aggregate engineer workload, attendance, acknowledgement, late and rebooked work, QA follow-up, and date-range controls.

  • You need management-level workforce signals rather than individual job editing.

You can read aggregate workforce metrics and drill into the desk that owns follow-up work.

What this route is for

Workforce Productivity shows completed work, attendance signals, acknowledgement, late or rebooked jobs, and QA follow-up by engineer for a selected operating period.

Filters and URL state

The visible control is the period selector. The API receives start and end dates derived from the selected range.

Outputs and side effects

  • Read-only aggregate dashboard.
  • Does not mutate engineer, job, or QA records.
  • Drill-down links open Scheduling or Defects.

Troubleshooting
