Integrations Route Reference

Understand the connection-management surface, sync log, and its redirect behavior into Connected Systems.

Before you start

  • You need connection state or sync-log detail for an external system.

Expected outcome

You can understand both the standalone route entrypoint and the embedded connection-management surface inside Connected Systems.

What this route is for

Integrations is the legacy standalone entrypoint for connection management, sync history, linked-entity review, and conflict handling.

  • In customer-facing use, this state is usually preserved through the Connected Systems hub rather than staying on the standalone route.

Outputs and side effects

  • Creates, updates, restores, or removes external connections.
  • Runs sync activity that changes what CRM, site, system, asset, quote, or work-order data exists elsewhere.
  • Writes conflict decisions back into the integration workflow.
  • Dashboard integration summary.
  • Shell or bookmarked #/integrations entrypoints.
  • Connected Systems connections tab.
  • Redirect to #/connected-systems?section=connections

Indirect handoffs

  • Integration health here affects data quality across Customers, Sites, Systems, Assets, Quotes, and Work Orders.
  • Apparent register problems often trace back to sync state rather than bad manual edits.

Troubleshooting

SymptomWhat to check
The standalone route immediately changes URLThat is expected. Connection management now lives under Connected Systems.
Sync history looks incompleteRe-check the selected connection, direction, and entity filters.
Imported data keeps revertingConfirm the upstream source system or sync direction is not overwriting manual changes.
