PPM Forecast Route Reference
Understand the 12-month workload and capacity forecast built from future inspections, work orders, and planner tasks.
Before you start
- Scheduler is enabled and you need future workload detail rather than same-day planning.
Expected outcome
You can read forecast volume, estimated hours, assignment pressure, utilisation, service-line pressure, regional load, and site load.
What this route is for

| Future work is missing | Check scheduled date, target month, source capability, and organization scope. |
| Utilisation looks too high | Check estimated durations and field-resource capacity. |
| A drill-down opens an empty scheduler slice | Check date range, source type, postcode area, and current scheduler filters. |
