Understand the remedial work queue, assignment and scheduling actions, and the way work-order state feeds mobile execution and finance.
Before you start
- Work orders are enabled in the workspace and you need the office-side remedial queue.
Expected outcome
You can move accepted or manually created work into assignment, scheduling, follow-up, and billing workflows.

Work Orders owns the office-side remedial queue, including creation, assignment, scheduling, status progression, follow-up inspection creation, and invoice-aware account context.

Troubleshooting
